ALTC is an access point for obtaining information on services in your community that are
available to seniors. Staff will provide information, services, referrals, assistance in
accessing services, advocacy and screening to determine appropriate referrals or the need
for Case Management services. We can help you find care providers in your community, or
the type of Senior housing options that best meet your needs. We can help you access the

Health Screening
Housing Alternatives Energy
Assistance
Legal Services
Foot Care
SMART: Senior Medication Awareness Prescriptions Training
The SMART training program will help to
promote appropriate medication usage.
