The Home Care Referral Registry (HCRR) was developed by the State of Washington in order to allow consumers of Medicaid funded home care who wish to employ their own 'individual provider' (IP) to easily find a safe, trained caregiver.
To accomplish this, the HCRR provides referrals which match pre-screened, prequalified caregivers looking for employment with consumers that are in need of in-home care services
SE Aging and Long Term Care provides HCRR has a registry coordinator available and willing to assist in Kittitas, Yakima, Benton, Franklin, Columbia and Walla Walla Counties.
