Family Caregiver Support Services
If you take care of an elder or an adult with a disability without pay
and you need information or help, please read about the Caregiver Support
Services Program.
This is a program provided by the Southeast Washington Office of Aging and
Long Term Care throughout an eight-county area. ALTC provides a variety
of services to help meet the needs of those who care for vulnerable adults
without payment.
After an assessment you may be referred to a local service provider who
would be able to meet your needs at no cost to you.
ALTC’s Caregiver Support Services can provide additional support through
group training, seminars, support groups, limited transportation and medical
equipment. For more information call the ALTC Information and Assistance
